MAC Pro Master Class – Gregory Arlt

Attended the Mac Pro Master Class by Gregory Arlt, makeup maestro and director of makeup artistry for MAC last month. The topic was on HDTV makeup and red carpet makeup and Greg proved to be a very humorous and interesting speaker.
Greg prefers using MAC burgundy lips pencil with viva glam I and some luster gloss when he is doing red lips. And I have to agree that the result is really stunning and beautiful. According to Greg, gold color eyeshadow is the preference of red carpet actresses these days. Clean, soft and natural look will easily make the person look more glamorous.
It was indeed a very inspiring class to say the least, and i have gained much knowledge from Greg.

First of a two-part series of makeover session for my dear sis.
For the eyeshadow, I’ve used the shu uemura’s ME BLUE 640 (my favourite turquoise) and ME YELLOW 300. Despite her short hair, I still managed to bun it up for her.

Another backlog to clear.
About two months ago, I did the makeup and hairstyling for the ROM of an ex-hall mate, Pei San. Also did the makeup for her mum. I was glad to meet many familiar faces during the dinner too.
