It was a unique ROM held in Mainland Tropical Fish Farm. My good friend Jasmine wanted a look to suit her retro-themed ROM. I gave her 50’s wing eyeliner for the eye makeup and 60’s inspired hairstyle with a bird cage veil to match the dress Jasmine’s mum made specially for her.
